Done with Zoya's Mod Matte Phoebe stamped with Zoya Ibiza, then I put a coat of Wet and Wild Grey's Anatomy over it.
I actually was really unhappy I got this color when I realized it would take like 5 coats for it to be opaque, but when you put it over other colors I absolutely love it.
i love doing manis like this sometimes with just a subtle touch that doesnt jump off your nail!
